Mothers day

You become Mother the day you have the little one in your hands.

It doesn't matter :

If it was planned or surprised,

If it was normal or c-sec,

If it was IVF or adopted,

If it was in ur 20s or 30s,

If you were single or married,

You are the mother when you hold your little one for the very first time.

Each mother knows best for her baby.

Let's not be judgemental and support every mother.

 A few years back, when I was in the exit process of my previous organisation, my senior HR made a customary call and asked generic questions, if there is any feedback or concern I want to share, is anything that needs to be improved, or if there is any other opportunity within the organisation, I would like to switch to etc.  I spoke to the person very openly and with transparency.
