Essential in relationship

 Trust, Respect,  understanding, love etc are all the very important ingredients of any relationship. 

Independence is the one which is very underrated yet the essential one. 

What makes me say this?

Being self reliant or independent and yet being in a relationship, leads to more powerful and strengthened relations.

Sense of ownership and responsibility combined is far more satisfactory than only responsibility.

Do you have to check with your partner for every coffee/lunch/dinner meets you plan?

Checking to ensure things can be managed at your back or checking to seek permission.

Though being independent is beyond these small things. It's about you and it is also about 'us'. 

Space and independence in any relationship is as important as trust, love,  respect and understanding.
