We ignore certain things and the ill behaviour of others, naming it as our Maturity. But is being mature at the cost of self-respect justified? There is a thin line between self-respect and Maturity. If you are taking a stand and speaking up, you are not being immature but protecting your self-respect.

 Laugh out loud! Laugh your heart out! Nobody can or should define how a daughter, a daughter-in-law, a mother, a woman at work, or a woman in any social setup should laugh.

Have you ever noticed, when two people of the opposite gender, go out to eat at someplace  The serving person presents the cheque to whom? Is not the bill or cheque presented to the male member always or a majority of the time? Why? Food menu to her and drinks menu to him Why? We talk about equality, empowerment, etc. And still blind or okay to these silent gestures. Keep the cheque in centre of the table, and let us decide who pays!

Listen if someone tells you what the third person was saying about you. But don't believe, since you were never a part of the conversation
